We go out of our way to make it easy for you to design and plan for your new home, and do everything possible to make it go smoothly from concept to completion while providing you the best value for your money.
We can take almost all of our home plans and make changes for a minimal charge. We can typically do complete custom modular home plans for much less than the plan sites charge for one of their standard homes.
Finding engineered plans for your home means working with expensive architects or searching dozens of manufacturer websites, to look for an expensive standard plan, paying someone to modify it, finding a builder that will build that plan, and then actually building the home. Sounds complicated to me.

Here's why... because if you purchase that home from us and have us build it for you, we will give you full credit for amounts paid when creating the home plan, and apply that amount towards the purchase price of the home.
